Weight Lifting Belt from Schiek – Protect your Lower Back from Injury During Workout
If you’re lifting weights or hitting the Kettlebell, you really need to protect your back from injuries. It’s so easy to kill your back. It only takes one rep and that’s it.
Especially if you do lots of squat or Kettlebell drills like the swing or the Turkish gets up, you might wake up the morning after with a sore back.
I personally do lots of Kettlebell and also lots of cardio bike classes and my lower back is a mess. Of course I don’t put my belt during bike classes… I set up the handlebars higher than the saddle, but for my Kettlebell routine, I always workout with my bodybuilding belt on.
Before and after my KB routine I always do some extensive suppling up exercices to relax my entire body, focusing on my back, and since I do that, my back isn’t a mess anymore.
