Boxing Coach Christopher Getz has been owner and head instructor of the popular Black Tiger-Top Ten Boxing Gym, in San Diego, California, where he trains many top amateur and pro boxers along with Muay Thai and mixed martial arts fighters.
He’s a Golden Gloves boxer and also fought Kickboxing in the PKA org with a good record of 17-5-1 and held the amateur welterweight title. Getz also has an 5-0-1 record in Muay Thai and a 6th Degree Black Belt in Kenpo Karate.
He truly believes that his wins in kickboxing and Muay Thai were due to his superior boxing skills that he feels many kick boxers’ and MMA fighters lack.
In this DVD set box Getz explains and demonstrates all the technical aspects of the art of punching and explains how to maximize the power and the speed of it. Do not expect sophisticated images and soundtracks, this DVD set box is straight to the point and training oriented only. The lessons are very well structured and all DVDs compliment each other.
