The short double hand straps have a 7″ drop with a velcro strap to attach them for easy carrying. The long shoulder strap is fully adjustable and has up to a 27.5″ drop. Inside is a small inside zip pocket for keys or a wallet. Each end features a large zipper pocket: one is mesh for breathability. Style # 1-7026.

Good All Around Bag,
Purchased this bag for my son who began MMA training. It has been through the ringer as far as being tossed around, packed full of gear and left in the rain (ooops). Still holding up well. Good bag for the price!!

|Perfect Gym back for everything !!,
This is a great Gym back for such a low price. I received the bag, put all of my equipment in it (sparring gloves, mma gloves, shin guards, wraps, mouth guard, change of clothes, towel, etc…) I was thoroughly impressed with how well it looked and how durable it is for such a great price. The two side pockets fit my smaller items comfortably and the front compartments are perfect for your wallet, cellphone, keys, and mouth guard. I could not be happier with my purchase and have recommended it to numerous people at my gym.
