We’ve had this mat for over six years and we have a big family so it has stood up to a lot of use and abuse! From somersaults and much jumping to use as a mattress for sleepovers, the mat still looks good and performs great. We received our mat as a gift from Grandma who thought it would come in handy for our homeschool physical education program and she was right. For years it fit under our couch when folded until needed (and until we changed couches). We strongly recommend this hardy mat.

I purchased this mat to do basic exercises at home. I find it to be easy to get out & put away. It provides a solid, cushioning surface that protects me from the hard floor, but is not so soft as to be a hindrance to exercise. I am very pleased with this purchase!

This is a great exercise mat to get- particularly when you live in a tiny apartment with little space for working out. The mat fits neatly under my couch when not in use… I only wish I was motivated to get it out more. Great for ab work; comfortable, firm support for your back.

Every fitness practitioner or anyone working out actually, spend ages on this type of machine.

I personally prefer the Treadmill and the training bike over the elliptical machine. I can’t stand the upper body part of the Elliptic as I found it useless. I prefer my Kettlebells. Much cheaper and much more effective, but definitely harder.

But for the cardio training, there’s nothing better than a treadmill. Trust me, I spend hours in gym every week doing RPM classes and Treadmill session and the results are amazing.

If you want to lose weight and improve your cardio or resistance, you need a Treadmill and a good diet. Unless you have time to do hours of bicycle outside, which is the best of course but much harder and depending of the weather… you might Leave your bike in the garage for the entire winter.

There’s a big variety of choice and price with this type of machine. There are quite expensive and you really need to think twice before buying such a tool, but if you lack of gym in your area or want to start your own, this is the big tool you need to have.
