Following my search about all the low priced high quality home gym tools available to allow us to skip high priced gym fees, I discovered the Iron Gym Xtreme Total Upper Body Workout.

This tool is amazing. With only one piece of equipment you can achieve four of the most important movements: sit-up, push-up, and dips, plus the standard pull-up.

The Iron Gym Xtreme total upper body workout bar can be mounted and dispatched from your door frame straightaway. No drilling or any installation of any kind is required. The Iron Gym Extreme features a heavy steel structure with foam grips. As you can see in the pick bellow, you need to attach it to the door frame for the standard pull-up drill.

Two extra grip positions permit you to employ it for sit-up, push-up, and dips.

It’s a really handy to work out wherever you are. You only need a door for the pull-up and nothing at all for the three other drills. It’s small and can fit easily into your trunk or be stashed anywhere with ease. The price is extremely low too… it’s crazy when you compare it with the fee you have to pay at any gym center…
