Multi-vitamin is probably the most important supplement that can be consumed by fighters, athletes or any average untrained John Doe. A smoker is advised to take Multi-Vitamin or, even better, C vitamin regularly to counter the destructive effect of the cigarette. It’s also recommended to do a Multi-Vitamin cycle at the end of the winter.

It gives you a good boost when you lack vitamin. If after a while you don’t feel any benefit anymore, it’s time for another pause. I always talk about cleaning cycles in supplement reviews, but I really don’t like the idea of stuffing my body with massive amounts of chemical products, hoping to become a monster in months.

Those products need to be taken wisely and according to your workout routine. Multivitamins may be dangerous if taken in large amounts, due to the toxicity of certain components.

Simply take your Multi-Vitamin in the morning, and after your workout. On the days you don’t train, take only one serving of multi-vitamin in the morning.
