It starts to get complicated. Don’t do this one if you struggle with the Kettlebell Swing and the regular Kettlebell Clean.
This one focus on the shoulder but biceps, tricep, forearm, abs, hips and of course cardio are solicitated.
Check out the vid as the guy is doing it really well. There are many ways to do it. Using a clean to get to the shoulder and after only pressing the Kettlebell above the shoulder. You can either pull the Kettlebell off of the ground (known as the dead clean) or you can swing it between your legs (known as the hang clean).
The guy in the video is doing hang clean, using the dead clean only to start the exercise.
