Hook N Shoot is one of the most active and important organizations promoting MMA female fight. Some, if not most of the most active female fighters started their career in Hook and Shoot cage.

Hook N Shoot opus 4 happened on November 6, 2004 at the Evansville Coliseum in Evansville, Indiana. The event featured established female brawlers and newcomers to the fight scene. The promoter Jeff Osborne is on a relentless pursuit to discover the “next top fighter.”

This is not catfight or streetfight, this is quality MMA fights performed by top athletes. In 2004 those girls were at the beginning of their career, they were obscure fighters at that time, but if you know your MMA, you might recognize familiar names in the fight lineup. Some of them are actual top fighters in today female MMA.

I’d like to know what’s happening with Kelly Kobold, she disappeared after her fight with Gina Carano in 2008 at EliteXC – Heat.

The DVD Hook N Shoot #4 Holds an original interview and tribute to the regretted Shelby WALKER who passed away in 2006.
