Frank Shamrock, one of the best known Mixed Martial Artists, self proclaimed “the fighter who did everything in MMA” and certainly one of the most active Youtube divas, will finally meet the undefeated Cung Le (21-0) in the main event of a co-promoted EliteXC-Strikeforce fight night frenzy on March 29th 2008 at the HP Pavilion in San Jose.

This fight is going to be huge. Frank Shamrock, who plans to fight his brother Ken Shamrock for a highly anticipated “blood brother” fight, can’t afford to lose. He can make fun of Le as much as he wants, call him a little girl or try to hurt with whatever kind of smack talking he can think of, the fact is that he must win this fight if he wants to fight his brother later on this year. Frank Shamrock better take Cung Le seriously, otherwise his non stop bad mouthing and his high self confidence will turn back on him.

Up to now, all the past Elite XC cards and Strikeforce cards were quite successful and fight wise real interesting for most of the fights. Having popular fighters like Shamrock, Le, Kimbo Slice or Phil Baroni make them crowd favorites for the US fans. Recent fights like Baroni vs. Shamrock or Tank Abbott vs. Kimbo Slice were huge successes and this one is going to be big in San Jose.
