1 im training to fight 2 what does saying elevation mask dont work mean i think im better or that he sucks. im sorry but your comment makes 0 sense. its a proven fact that they dont work the theory is your lungs will get used to less oxygen but that has been proven false bc its not enough time for your lungs to adapt its all been tested and actually the control at sealevel actually had better cardio than the athletes in elevation the only thing not tested is if a guy grew up in elevation
