Creatine Monohydrate & Creatine Ethyl Ester - Boost your MMA Workouts - Improve Strength & Endurance
Posted by Zdot on Jan 30, 2008

The creatine is a good legal way to boost your MMA workouts. Creatine exists in many forms and basically helps with strength and endurance.
I personally use creatine regularly, mixed in water, before and during training. I try drinking a liter before training and another 2 liters while training. It really helps recovering faster and gives extra strength. But do not expect incredible results as it’s not a steroid and the boost you get from creatine is nothing compared to EPO. This is light stuff.
I find it necessary to change my type of creatine often and to have a few months break per year to clean up the system from all the protein, creatine and other stuff I take daily. Sometimes when you’re tired, or for no reason, you do not feel the effect of the creatine at all.
The most frequent form of creatine are the Creatine Monohydrate and the Creatine Ethyl Ester. The Creatine Monohydrate is the cheapest and the most basic form of creatine while the Creatine Ethyl Ester gives greater improvements at a lower dose.
Depending on the type of creatine, brand and price, the taste of the creatine varies from disgusting to almost drinkable or even enjoyable. Check out the flavor of the creatine you’re buying but keep in mind that whatever flavor they might display the taste is highly chemical. In other words, it tastes like medicine!
