Rampage versus Evans was supposed to take place at UFC 113 and even earlier, but due to Rampage acting aspirations, the fight was sent into limbo.

Rampage even started a war with Dana White threatening to stop his fighter career in the UFC. Was it scripted or not? I personally think it was. Anyway, scripted or not it was a nice fight promo.

We’ll finally find out who’s the best out of the two fighters. It’s a tough fight to call, Jackson is favored, but I personally put my money on Evans.

Rogerio Nogueira, twin brother of minautoro Nogeira the former UFC heavyweight champion will square of Forest Griffin for his second fight in the UFC after his victory at UFC 106: Ortiz vs. Griffin 2 against Luiz Arthur Cane.

Nogeira is favored in this fight, and I have to agree with the bookers, I don’t think Griffin has a chance against Nogeira. Griffin is 6-4 in his last ten fight while Nogeira is 8-2 in his last ten fights.

This is going to be the awaited rematch between Machida and Shogun Rua. Rua lost the fight via unanimous decision at UFC 104 – Machida vs. Shogun on 10/24/2009.

The robbery was so obvious, Dana White himself admited it and announced a rematch right after the bout was over. Let’s see who’s going to win far away from the Las Vegas’ judges and casino.

Kimbo Slice is booked to face mister Excuse Matt Mitrione. Both fighters are coming from the last TUF reality show. Since, James Toney was signed to compete in the UFC. Maybe this fight will be canceled and replace by a Toney vs Slice…

Josh Koscheck, another TUF fighter from the opening edition of the show is going to face Paul Daley. Koscheck is favorite in that fight, but I give the win to Daley personally. Daley is 23–8–2 and 4-1 in his last five fight while Koscheck is 16-4 and 3-2 in his last five bout. I think Koscheck is favored due to his US popularity and TV exposure from TUF show on Spike. Daley is a British fighter and fought only three times in the octagon.

Some matchup are really weird. Matt Hughes who didn’t fight since UFC 98 against Matt Serra is going to face Renzo Gracie, who didn’t fight since 2007 against Frank Shamrock at EliteXC: Destiny… Of course Hughes is heavily favored in that bout. I just wonder the meaning of this fight…

Therefore, they matched the most popular MMA fighters outside the US. They also booked fighter in serious need of a win in order to continue their career.

Jardine, now the underdog needs a win to stay in the big show. A new loss and we might see him in smaller shows after that. Ryan Bader, an undefeated fighter with a 10-0 fight stat has the favor of the bookies against Jardine, who now owns a 14-6 record with 5 losses in his last 10 fights. The only noticeable win on his record was against Liddell.

Nogueira, who has his fights postponed from UFCs to UFCs due to a severe staph infection will face Cain Velasquez for the #1 contender spot for the UFC Heavyweight Championship. Velasquez is a dangerous fighter and might cause an upset in that fight. Being +120, it’s a nice opportunity to make good cash.

CroCop is favored against Rothwell, but according to his recent performances, I wouldn’t be surprised if he loses that one too.

Wandi will try to score the win against the British fighter. If Wand losses again, it might be his last appearance in the cage. I don’t see how he can lose that one, but with his recent performance, I’m not as confident as I should be.

I’d like to bet on Coleman, but I have to be realistic and bet on the underdog only when I feel he has some real chances of winning. Nowadays, the guy is a shade of his former self. I don’t see how he can win that one.

Nate Marquardt is heavily favored too. Chael Sonnen, the underdog, owns a 24-10-1 fight record. He’s coming out of two consecutive victories against Dan Miller at UFC 98: Evans vs.

Their fight record is really close, and I don’t see that much difference between both fighters. This is a fight where we can make some serious cash… or lose it all! Lol

Serra versus Trigg is a tricky one to call. I personally bet on Serra, but it’s going to be a tough one.

Koscheck, 14-4 is favorite in this fight, certainly due to his popularity from the TUF show.

Thiago is 12-1 and already Tkoed Koscheck at UFC 95: Sanchez vs. Stevenson. I personally put my hard earned money on Thiago. At +325, it’s a chance to win big.

Miller, 11-2 is the favorite against Maia 11-1. The Brazilian was undefeated until his last fight against Nate Marquardt at UFC 102: Couture vs. Nogueira. Miller is coming out of a loss against Chael Sonnen at UFC 98: Evans vs. Machida. Both fighters have the same pedigree are coming out of a loss. It’s difficult to make a prediction, but with a +250 odd, I put my cash on the Mia. We’ll see.

Nate Diaz is the underdog in this one despite being a little more experienced. I personally put my money on Maynard on this one.

Aaron Simpson, a 6-0 fighter with two fights in the UFC (UFC 102 & Fight Night 18)  is the favorite against Tom Lawlor, who sports a 6-1 MMA record. This bout might be the money making fight of the night. Their fight record is almost identical, they have both two fights in the UFC and have about the same experience. I’ll bet on this underdog on this one.

Amir Sadollah, the winner of TUF 7, is the favorite battler against Brad Blackburn, a 15-9-1 fighter. I already lost money betting against Sadollah in his fight against Baroni. I think I bet against him once more, Blackburn looks to be a much more experienced combatant.
