Amino Acids, primarily used massively by bodybuilders, are now vastly used by all athletes or MMA practitioners. They are really helpful for repairing your muscles after intense workout, increasing your mass gain and reducing your recovering time. Without total repair and recovery the body can’t start to build muscles.
During intense workout, especially in a contact sport like Mixed Martial Arts, stress on muscle fibers can cause damage resulting in muscle fatigue, slow growth, and less strength. You’ll heal faster after hard core sparring and gain mass a little faster.
