“Mr. International” Shonie Carter, one of the most recognisable figure of the Ultimate fighter 4 as a welterweight fighter, produced a 7 DVDs volumes cross training instructional that covers all the aspect of his flamboyant style.
He also performed as a middleweight and light heavyweight before entering the big league. He has an overall record of 67-16-7 with a record of 35-16-7 in major MMA organizations. He is 3-3 in the UFC with his most noticeable win over Matt Huges.

StaphAseptic - Prevents Staph Infection - Prevents skin infections

One of the most common disease you can get while rolling or training at the gym is a Staph Infection.
We all remember the horrible picture of Kevin randleman’s staph infection - I wouldn’t post it, no reason to gross people out- to take this problem seriously.
As stated by the really good wikipedia article (see the link bellow) the staph infection is a Staphylococ that can be antibiotic resistant. 20% to 30% of the population are staph carriers…

According to Kevin Randleman, you can get a staph infection while rolling with a dirty guy or sitting on a bench or any machine covered with other people sweat. I can’t emphasise enough the need to always train with a large and clean towel and to wash it after every workout.
I also heard that people juicing up or taking too many supplement powders are reducing their immune system resistance and are incline to get every infection passing by….
You can prevent staph infection by using Staphaseptic, a first aid bactericide that Prevents skin infections caused by antibiotic resistant Staph (MRSA).

- Lidocaine HCI 2.5%.
