There are many different types of headguards involved in MMA. Whether you are a wrestler, BJJ, Muay Thai or a kick boxer oriented type of fighter, you need to choose one closer to your basic style or maybe have different head guards depending on your workouts and the styles of fighting you are practicing.
The boxing head guard types protects more from the punches but are restraining you in your movements and make ground fight, wrestling and BJJ almost impossible. They are only good for hard punching workout.

Amino Acids, primarily used massively by bodybuilders, are now vastly used by all athletes or MMA practitioners. They are really helpful for repairing your muscles after intense workout, increasing your mass gain and reducing your recovering time. This UFC Fight Night is special. This is the first UFC event held in Colorado since UFC 1. Stay safe during your MMA workouts. There are many different types of shorts and brands used in MMA.
Tapout produced a wide series of MMA shorts, from the basic style like the Tapout Black Renegade fight shorts to a military oriented American Heroes series or a Japanese oriented style like the Tapout UFC Tatsu Dragon. They are covering all the different tendencies in MMA wear and are by far the brand with the biggest choice to choose from.
Never mind the look, all the shorts are made to give the best comfort and resistance for the hardcore practice of the sport of MMA. They provide more freedom for BJJ work and ground fighting and increase the global amplitude of mobility as opposed to regular boxing shorts.
Pimpit Fight Team, another really good brand in MMA fighter gears, is made by fighters for fighters. They put a strong emphasis on security and mobility and the price is a little lower than the Tapout brand. They also have basic styles and military oriented types of shorts but the designs are less flashy. Actually, they only have 3 different shorts, as far as I know. The black with white letters, the negative of it - white with black letters- and the military one with the same logo on all the shorts. If you’re not a fashion victim, it’s a choice to consider.
Finally a third brand, Warrior Wear, officially licensed, gives the exact same quality as Pimpit. The look is definitively more urban than the two other brands covered. All the shorts have been treated with a Teflon Fabric protector that will repel blood, sweat, and all the dirty stuff you might end up covered with in fight or training.

Bumfights is a video series created by Indecline Films which features vagrants fighting and attempts totally insane and often painfull stunts in exchange for money, alcohol, and other incentives.
The first video in this series was called Bumfights: Cause for Concern and created a major shock on the internet. Most of the craziest stunts and meanest felony fights that you see on internet come from this DVD.
With the Jackass popularity, the Bumfights series was real popular on the internet but they finally got banned back in april 2006. From that date, the company decided to hire 3 crazy lunatics and to not produce any more Bumfights DVDs including homeless or bums.
The Best Of Bum Fights 3 DVD Combo Pack, Regroup the entire original series that was produced before the ban.
