Back in Vegas, the UFC’s hometown, after the stops in Ohio and Montreal, the Ultimate Fighting Championship is in for another crazy fight night. To this day, only 3 fights have been confirmed for that event but the bouts, on paper, look really promising.
In the main event, BJ Penn defends his lightweight title for the first time against former champion, and favorite enemy, Sean Sherk. Let’s see what Sherk looks like off the roids…
Wanderlei Silva, the Axe Murderer, will make his return after his epic battle - and third loss in a row - with Chuck Liddell. For this fight he will face Keith Jardine, who recently won against the same Liddell… That’s not a good match up for Wandy who needs to build back his confidence and score a victory. He can’t afford to loose this one if he plans to fight for a long time in the UFC.
Third and last confirmed bout, Tito Ortiz in the light heavyweight, will face Lyoto Machida, a feared and undefeated fighter for possibly his last fight in the UFC. Tito Ortiz is supposed to make a big announcement right after UFC 84… If he can.

Multi-vitamin is probably the most important supplement that can be consumed by fighters, athletes or any average untrained John Doe. A smoker is advised to take Multi-Vitamin or, even better, C vitamin regularly to counter the destructive effect of the cigarette. It’s also recommended to do a Multi-Vitamin cycle at the end of the winter.
It gives you a good boost when you lack vitamin. If after a while you don’t feel any benefit anymore, it’s time for another pause. I always talk about cleaning cycles in supplement reviews, but I really don’t like the idea of stuffing my body with massive amounts of chemical products, hoping to become a monster in months.

Shin Guards Protection - MMA Workout Gears

Leg block or even kicking in a punching bag is extremely painful. You need to build resistance in your legs in order to thicken the bones and slowly transform your legs into a lethal weapon…
You can’t do that right off the bat and expect to be the new Muay Thai kicker after a few months of practice. I know what I’m talking about. I stopped Muay Thay after the first leg block against a trained Thai boxer who was working his legs against telephone poles and was real happy about himself. I couldn’t walk for a week and, 10 years later, I still have a bump on my leg. 
That’s why you have to protect yourself at every workout. All the pro MMA or Muay Thai fighters have sore legs for weeks after their fights, “just” after a 15 minutes bout. Imagine what their legs would be if they hadn’t been wearing shin guards at every workout. They’d be handicapped.
